Scott is told by his father Dr. Anspaugh that the last two bone marrow tests did not match his for a transplant.
As Jeanie and Scott are talking his father Dr. Anspaugh comes in and tells Scott about another form of chemo called Phase 1 Chemotherapy trial. Scott decides to do it. But for obvious reasons.
Scott looks a bit relaxed and asks where Jeanie is. Jeanie comes back to his room with a Hot Rod Magazine she got for him from the Gift Shop.
Jeanie learns the reason Scott wants to do the Phase 1 Chemo and she tells him to only do it for himself. Scott tells her he doesn't want anymore chemo. She then kisses him.
